River Source seeks a Watershed Educator and Project Coordinator for helping to train and coordinate youth crews in northern New Mexico doing watershed assessment and restoration and for communicating with our partners, funders and working with the crew members on work-learn experiences for 15-25 age youth doing watershed assessment and restoration.

Compensation:  $25 per hour DOE with the opportunity for an increase based on performance.
The schedule requires flexibility. The workload ranges from 24-40 hours per week, primarily in the summer, and up to four months/per year. In the other eight months, hours range from 10-
16 hours per week. This position is not 100% remote as our work is place-based and community-centered from the office in Santa Fe and at various sites in northern New Mexico.
