Communications Specialist: SALARY RANGE: $18 – $22 per hour BENEFITS:  Partial health insurance reimbursement, Paid Time Off & Sick Leave, paid holidays. The Communications Specialist is responsible for the development and dissemination of all external communications for NMWC, ensuring its message is accurate, consistent and engaging. Key duties include preparing press releases, marketing materials, newsletters and content for social and traditional media designed to increase visitation and public awareness about the Center’s work which will further the attainment of NMWC goals. In collaboration with senior staff lead the development and implementation of NMWC’s annual marketing and communication plans.  Additionally, the position serves as the point of contact for NMWC volunteers, community, media and stakeholder groups.
